Shipping TOP At Everything Grrly, we ship via USPS Priority Mail to most locations within the United States, and also to Military (APO/FPO) addresses and U.S. Territories. We currently do not ship Internationally.
Shipping charges start at $6.99, and are calculated based on combined shipping weight of all item(s) purchased.
All orders are shipped, on average, within 48-72 hours from the time your order is placed. Delivery time will vary based on geographical location, yet on average you should expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days from the date your order is placed. An order tracking number will be provided upon shipment, so customers can always track their orders.
Expedited shipping service is available for a cost of $19.75 per order, plus $3.25 per pound.
Returns and Exchanges TOP Returns or exchanges will be accepted on unused merchandise within 30 days of initial order placement. Items must be in brand new, re-sellable condition, and with original packaging including all tags, instruction book, warranty cards, etc. Shipping is non-refundable.
For your assurance that returned merchandise is received safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or Fed Ex with insured delivery. All return shipping charges are paid by the customer (unless item is defective). Please e-mail us at shop@everythinggrrly.com to let us know of your intent to return an item(s) to insure that your return can be processed correctly. We will issue a Return Authorization number by return e-mail.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Everything Grrly is always concerned about your satisfaction. However, due to health regulations, sanitation concerns, and other obvious reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect in workmanship, in which case we will replace with an identical product:
- diapers and training pads
- edible products
- apparel
- personalized items
- books and videos
- special orders
Please Note: We encourage you to read all product descriptions, size chart and sizing information, and measure your pet accurately before making a purchase. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Defective Merchandise
Customer must notify us within 5 days of item receipt of any defective merchandise, and follow the same return procedure stated above. Defective merchandise will be replaced with an identical product, and Everything Grrly will cover any associated shipping cost. Defective merchandise must be in our possession within 30 days of initial order placement, and replacement will not be shipped until defective item is received by our returns department. Note: We will not honor returns on defective merchandise for any damage caused by you or your pet. Item must be in it's original, unused condition.
Shipment Error
We make every attempt to avoid errors in the processing of your order, but in the event an error does occur, Everything Grrly will cover associated shipping and return fees.
Out of Stock and Back Orders TOP Subsequently, from time to time, shortages and out of stocks may occur for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to, transportation strikes, natural disasters and unforseen high demand.
If we experience an out of stock situation, the customer will be notified via email for any item that is temporarily out of stock or simply cannot be fulfilled. An immediate credit will be issued for the out of stock item via original payment method.
